I had 2 tenanted properties managed by Whitegates, and I recently sold one of them, using Whitegates as the selling agent. The support and assistance from all the staff at Whitegates was excellent. They were helpful, professional, and regularly kept me up to date with progress. I was out of the country for some months during the sale, but this didn't affect the process in any way as they covered issues that I could not easily address. They were in regular contact with my solicitor and I was thoroughly impressed by the whole team. Special thanks to Gail but they were all commendable.

Our property manager Sue was fantastic and communicative, some of her earlier colleagues let the side down before we were handled by Sue. Inventory report wasn’t well conducted and left a little vague initially and a few maintenance issues were a hassle. But when Sue took over we had a much better experience of Martin & Co. Shame the landlord is unable to do more work to improve the flat.

I recently sold my house in Armley with Manning Stainton's Wortley branch and have nothing but positive words to say about them. The were the most on the ball and least pushy out of the agencies who valued the property and had lots of helpful advice for me. Initially I deal with Alex and Nikki who helped with the valuations, marketing and advertising of my house and then Lucy and Lesley were responsible for overseeing the sale for me. Communication was excellent throughout, nothing was too much trouble and everyone was helpful and friendly. Best of all, they managed to achieve the full asking price and help us to complete on the sale in less than 6 weeks! If you are considering selling in West Leeds, I would 100% urge you to contact these, you won't regret it. Thanks again everyone for making the process so smooth and stress free.

Geraldine and the team at Mortimers were fantastic from start to finish. They were extremely patient over the years we were looking for the perfect house, and kept in regular contact sending us details of suitable properties in the area where we were looking. When we eventually found the right property, and going through the house buying process, Geraldine was quick to respond to all my questions. No question was too small or too silly. Her friendly and professional approach was always welcome and reassuring. All in all using Mortimers as an estate agent was a straightforward and stress-free process. Exactly what you need when buying a house! I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
